Manish from Snap Travels, was our POC for the entire trip. He was always helpful and ready to help. Even when we wanted a change in itinerary due to unavoidable situations in the midst of the trip, he made the arrangements without any hassle. They always respond on time and are polite to customers. We Travelled in 6person group(3couples) to Shimla Manali 6N7D with snaptravels on March 2025. Travel was managed by Miss Anita Joshi. she guided us whenever needed. Manali Hotel was Super and Shimla hotel was also okkk (but hotels provided were at very remote locations, though that was not a problem to us). We enjoyed the trip very much. Only problem is Snaptravels told us Sissu will be opened by the date (March 1st week, many other travel agencies told Sissu will be closed.) So we include sissu in our package by paying extra but later on after reaching we got to know Sissu is not opened may be bad luck dont know. Also though Sethan was is included in our package we have to go to sethan by other 4*4 vehicle by paying Rs5000 extra, but we got snow in Manali , Solang Valley and Sethan so overall tour was good.

Hii, This is my first time having travel with Snaptravels to Kullu -Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie-Amritsar and I can say the Travel was so much of fun and awesome. They provided me private cab which was with us in our full journey. Driver Krishan Lal was very polite and gentle man, he never made us hurry to get back to vehicle or in sightseeing. I appreciate his efforts and hardwork in driving in car in narrow and hair pin roads. Also I would like to Thank Manisha Thakur, Sahil Negi and Ravi Thakur for paying attention in organizing our travel and help us to get our needs on time. Just one suggestion I would like to give to Snaptravels team is kindly make all things clear while booking like some small things left to discuss with the customers which make some annoying scenes while travelling. So make sure you do clear all things with the customers so that everything gets fine while travelling.
